BEx Analyzer - Crash when open filter window for key figures

Hi everybody.

We face a problem that the SAP support unfortunately doesn't wont to process because it only appears sometimes. Meaning it is not reproducable reliable.

The error occurs, after opening/running a query and right click the key figure row to open the key figure filter window.

The error looks then like this:

As you can see, the list of available key figures seems not to built up in full. And I think this is the step that cause the error.

The logfile contains this:

As you can see the system wants to add a key twice in a hashed table. This key stands for a GUID of a key figure.
Line in english: "Item has already been added. Key in dictionary..."

Can anyone help or give me a hint where I can try to dig deeper for the real cause?

By the way, we're using the newest version of BEx 7.70 SP 3 (Rev. 2178).
