Basic Data Text Partially Appearing on Order Acknowledgements

Hello community!  I hope I posted this in the right place...

There are countless materials in which a portion of the Basic Data Text field in MM03 is printing below the Material info on Order Acknowledgements. 

I could use some insights/information to present to our Materials Master so that these records can be updated, and the text removed from the OAs.  I have previously asked for this to be investigated and corrected, but no one seemed to know how to do this, or WHY this was occurring in the first place...

Attached are three examples that show the specific line of text in the Text field and on the OA.  I thought maybe text on a specific line was printing to the OAs but that does not seem to be the case; the line#s are not present in the attached screenshots, but I went back and checked and they are not the same line#s but close! :

#1 - "been booked. 12/29/2017 MCUELLA" - LINE 13 of 43 
#2 - "500000067652 alpha rev 9-6-2016 sls" - LINE 14 of 14
#3 - "correction effective 01/25/2016. There is a quote, #2" - LINE 14 of 36

Can anyone make sense of how/why this is happening?  Thank so much!

Most probably you have a custom form for acknowledgements and some logic within is resulting in these values being displayed. Someone would need to review the form layout to determine the root cause.
