Authentication failure SAP Cloud for Customer Add-On Lotus Notes

Hello

we are running Lotus Notes Release 9.0.1FP10 SHF81 on a Citrix Server. When I put in my credentials to log in , I get an Authentication failed error. We use a proxy to surf to the internet and I have specified the proxy and the login details.

When I try this in the same Citrix session from a browser, I can log in with out any issue.

In a detailed logfile I can see the following line:

com.sap.sod.ln.shelf.addon.sod.a2x.Broker.isValidSODUser(?:?)] - response code 407

Does anyone has an idea ?

Did you fix this issue ? We have a similar problem. We are getting a connection failed error when we logon to C4C from Lotus notes. Lotus notes does not have any proxy setting.
