Currently I'm just searching the realistic approach for now..
But I don't have any experience and knowledges about both module HCM and Migration.
The target system; SAP S/4HANA 2023 has already running and using for Accounting.
Another legacy system; ERP 6.0 EHP7 is still running including some modules... HCM is a part of them, so, they want to migrate to SAP S/4HANA.
The point is including Japanese specific table can be included or not..
For example, Info type and cluster tables..
Or, do you have other idea to approach this case?
And also I appreciate you to share some successful points in this case..
