Applications cockpit-admin-web-app and webide are not working in AWS

Hello,

I installed SAP HANA Express Edition 2.0 on an instance of Amazon Web Services (AWS), using the private IPv4 address. The instance of AWS is running SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP2 x86_64 (64-bit).

I want to test the installation, using the public IPv4 address, so it can be accessible from "outside". I made the changes in the file /etc/hosts, at the operating system level.

The command HDB info shows the services running (hdbnameserver, hdbcompileserver, hdbindexserver, hdbdiserver, hdbwebdispatcher, between others). The XSEngine is running in http://<public-IP>:80<instance-number>. The commands xs-admin-login and xs apps are working too.

However, the applications cockpit-admin-web-app (http://<public-IP>:<port-cockpit>) and webide (http://<public-IP>:<port-webide>) are not working. In both cases, the Web browser (Firefox) shows the following message:

"The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

Why am I getting this error?

Thanks in advance for your help.
