An internal server error status 500 MPLD error in Api management?

Hi,all

My iflow working fine while testing directly by giving body in postman for post request but when subscribe api on api management to remove cors and added some policies and testing by giving body and apikey giving this error 500 in api management test section and in trace section of Cpi status code 400 .how can i resolve this issuese do i need to change something in api policies ? please help
