Hello,
While moving ALERTS from DEV environment to PROD, few of our alerts moved without consumer names and we had to manually create those alerts in PROD NWA.
However few of the alerts got moved successfully with the consumer names.
All the alerts were having consumer names registered in DEV and QUALITY as well but this unusual behavior was observed in PROD environment for few of the alerts only.
Happened with anyone else? if yes, what was the issue and how did you solve it?
