1836223 - RSBCS_CONVERT_OTF_FOR_UNICODE - After we converted it is giving short dumps

Hello,

We went LIVE with Unicode conversion yesterday. As per note 1836223, we ran report RSBCS_CONVERT_OTF_FOR_UNICODE to convert all OTF to PDF in non unicode system. In unicode system when we try to retrieve, we are getting short dumps. Any advise? Where dooes these OTF to PDF get stored into?

You should first search in the SAP notes for this kind of problem. Based on the data in the short dump, there are some related notes.

If you generated the OTF before the unicode conversion, it will not work.

OTF documents from a non-unicode system couldn't be handled in a unicode system.
