SAP Certification Download from Acclaim

Dear All,

 

Many people are not aware of how to download a soft copy of SAP Global Certificate after SAP has changed its Certification Portal,

 

Now let us see how to get our Certificate and our Digital Badge.

 

As part of Digitalization SAP has Changed its SAP Global Certification process and now there is no more SAP credential manager available to download our certificates and other things.

 

1. Login to Acclaim (will be receiving mail once we have successfully completed certification mail will be received within 2/3 days from the day on completion) 


2. If we have already having Acclaim Account log in to it directly


3. Once we logged in there we can see your list of Completed certificates


4. Select Badge which you want to download Certificate, Digital Badge or share to Social Media.


5. once we select the badge on the top right side we can see share option select it.


6. Once you click on Share option will be having a list of options to share with different social networks.


7. We can share LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc


8. last but one with download option, if we select we can download digital badge by sliding the size bar badge size, will be changing.


9. In Last option, once you click on the print option we can download the soft copy of Certificate.


10. Click on Download PDF, and can save to your system.

Now a doing Certification is not enough we have to publish it to the world, even SAP believe same so now it has come up with digitalization.

Let the world know you are certified!!!

Irony!!!

SAP lost track of their own database of associates who paid lots of money to take their certifications, but they want to be market leaders in helping clients preserve data.

Hi,

 

What happens if my name is not complete in my certificate?. I forgot that it takes data from SAP Training, so I update my profile to set my first names but the certificate does not update it, just show one name and last name.

I believe that is just fine. No need to worry.

Update your SAP Training profile first, so that from next time you will get your full name.

the one with the half name will not have a problem. every thing will be user ur profile only no need to worry

Is there a way to retrieve result screen to know the area of improvements?

Also there are no score/percentage shown in the certificate.

Hi bharanidharan

Once your exam is over you will receive a mail from SAP with a detailed topic wise percentage.

In SAP Certification there won't be any percentage mentioned

isaarelys_02 once you passed the exam immediately you will be getting mail with each topic wise score which will be there for 3 weeks only some times it may be in spam box check it

@Ruthvik Chowdary I have kind of a sensitive case here. I used to work for SAP and got a certification. I used my work e-mail for everything and since I am not working there anymore I cannot log in to download my certificate. Is there a possibility to retrieve my certificate somehow?

If you have used your work e-mail also all your certificates can be found in Acclaim to see and download if that is not helping then you need to submit a request in Submit a request – Credly, Inc.

I have done all my SAP certifications long time back in around 2008 and 2009, 2012, I do not have acclaim account I just created it now....would I be able to get these Certification badges now?

if your Acclaim account mail id is the same which you used for doing certification then it will come automatically.

if not please reach out to sap at training.ssc.india@sap.com if your region is India

Thanks for sharing such useful info.! I have a critical question. Pls. help! I have done my certification recently (HCM). Now, the SAP authorized partner company (from where I registered for the course) is asking for my Certification ID for internship. I asked them that why they require the ID so they said they have to share it with companies.

Now, I'm in a big dilemma that is it possible that someone can misuse my Certification ID (by downloading the certificate from the site) which I have done successfully.

Pls. help as I dont have any idea about this!!!

Actually, recently I have completed my certification. Now, the SAP authorized company (from where I applied for the course) is asking to my credentials i.e Certification ID, password etc. When I asked the reason, they replied that this is for Internship.

Now, I'm in a dilemma that is it safe to share these credential with anyone as they can download my Certificate with these information.

Pls. help & suggest me what should I do.

I am yet to receive the email from Credly/ Acclaim.

Not sure why is there a delay of more than 10 days after the exam was passed.

For now instruction given above is not actual.

Currently PDF certificate you may find on Credly > Dashboard > press on Share, then in right down corner find Publish area, and there press on "Download Certificate".

Hi ruthvik.chowdary2 : No i haven't received any mails with score even in spam folder. Also last week i completed a certification even now i haven't received any mail/spam mail score details.

Can you please share any support id to which i can ask them for the score details to be provided?
