System allows to deliver more than the planned scheduling agreement quantity

We have an issue with scheduling agreement. When we check in the Planning delivery schedule, we were able to deliver more than was planned scheduling agreement which is not correct from our point of view.

VBAP-UEBTK:

Unlimited Overdelivery Allowed
Indicates whether the customer allows unlimited over - and underdeliveries.

Dependencies
If the customer allows unlimited over - and underdeliveries, you cannot enter values in the fields that specify over- and underdelivery tolerance.
