Shipment Functionality

I'd like to know if SAP public cloud now have shipment functionality.

S/4HANA public cloud does have shipment functionality in the form of Transportation Management (TM) 

Shipment management as we know it from ECC, i.e. LE-TRA is being phased out.

Our requirement is a ASN can sent multiple outbound deliveries at the same time. 

In SAP OP version, we can use Shipment to achieve this function, like below:
