IBP No Dissagregation for certain SKUxCustomers and Periods

Hi Experts

We are having problems where the Consensus Demand by WKPRODLOCCUST (we call it Demand Planning Qty EV (Prod-Loc)) is not getting populated for a full Fiscal Year in the future (Oct22-Sep23). On other hand, the input of the calculation (Consensus Demand - WKPRODCUST; we call it Demand Planning Qty EV) gets populated for the full horizon

The Consensus Demand is entered at WKPROD, and it gets disaggregated at WKPRODCUST, so far so good.

It gets disaggregated by customers and all matches

The next KF value is where we are having problems because there are no values displayed

We get values from this month (June 21) up to Sept 22 but not beyond that point.

The calculation of the second KF is nothing more than the 1st KF multiply by the Customer Source Ratio and if we get values for the next 16 month I can't understand why not beyond that

I tried so far by

  • Clear Data Copy Operator Profile - Clear Values - Key Figure CONSENDMNDEVPRODLOC : values were not cleared, perhaps because it is a Stored and Calculated KF
  • Repeated the above using as well Generate Missing Periods. I thought it would initialize the values as per the comment in an SAP post shared in this thread: no success either
  • Purge Key Figure Data, same selection as above. The data was purged but when I tried again to enter new values at the Country level the calculation not disaggregated.
  • Deleted the Planning Object for this KFxSKUxCust and created again and re-entered values at the Country level and the system does not disaggregate to this customer.

The funny thing is that in the TEST environment all is OK

Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Roberto,

Can you check if you have values maintained in CRATIO beyond mentioned range?

Hi Piyush

Brilliant!!! Thanks so much, that is what it was. Everything is OK now

I looked into the Master Data Type and because there was a value there (1) and no Time Series indicator marked I was under the impression that it was a default value for any period. After your email, I just notice that there is an Attribute as a Key Figure for the CRATIO

Again, thanks so much
