EWM with Production integration / Creating the control circle

Hello to the EWM experts,

I have a problem in the integration EWM with production integration. There are separate storage locations for PVB stock (own availability group). Now when I want to create a control loop, the system requires the same storage location for source and destination. But there is no stock at the source. The storage location of the PVB is determined by the availability group.

If I change the source to the storage location of the supply area, no stock is found in the production order when I trigger the stock provision.

Can anyone advise me what I am doing wrong?

Hi Kai, it is 1001 in your case for Ziel und Quelle, rest is done on EWM side. And it is a Control Cycle, not a loop cycle 🙂

You set your Stock type in:

• SCM Extended Warehouse Management
• -Extended Warehouse Management
• --Stammdaten
• ---Produktionsversorgung
• -----Lagerparameter für die Produktion pflegen

Or/And with

• Extended Warehouse Management
• -Prozessübergreifende Einstellungen
• --Bestandsfindung

I have two storage locations (F2 and F4) for the stock. But I can only enter one stock type here

Master data / Production supply / Maintain storage parameters for production.

At the moment I am a little unsure

you can use second customizing to find stock with "another" stock type.

Here is like with replenishment, you can set only one Bestandsart. And you can set Bestandsfindung to determine F4 even when in the Document would be F2.
