User Matrix configuration & Process flow

I'm turning to you regarding the configuration of the user matrix. Below are my two requests for clarification. In the UserMatrixExport.csv file:

1. I tried to insert, in correspondence with a combination of products and regions, in column F (groupUniqueName) the "Gruppo Test" group created by me and therefore defined by AribaManaged. After the upload, the "Verify group" error appears without actually specifying what to verify. However, the error does not appear if I insert a group defined by the system in column F, such as Legal. In the manual it is explicitly indicated that it is possible to insert both customized and standard groups, so why doesn't it work? Attached is the "UserMatrixExport" file that I tried to import.

2. For the TestM0808-01 vendor (SM Vendor ID:S65760923) I created two qualification processes:

- the first for process type Goods, commodity ZGOODCN00 and region Belgium

- the second for process type Goods, commodity ZGOODCN00 and region Romania

Why in both the approval flows of the two processes do I find in the Approvator_Region team both the Belgian and Romanian approvers if they are clearly distinguished in the user matrix? Attached screen of the three users.

Check if the Uniquename is matching what is in the USERMATRIX.csv. Make sure the group is Active.
