Updating Business Partner error

We have a situation where we need to update the standard address for one of our internal shoppers.  When we try to update the address in SRM Admin we get the following error - Work center data incomplete; enter data in all required fields

Any ideas what we are missing? the work around is the user is having to update the delivery address everytime they create a new shopping cart.

Hi Simon,

I would suggest in the different way to check. I hope you know some ABAP code or you ask any technical guy.

Please go to SE91 --> Message class -BBP_UM_UI --number -->061

Click on Where used list ---> it will take you to the program where this message is called.

Its an Include --> LBBP_UM_UIGEN

Try to check in this Include what are the mandatory fields and what are you missing.

Hi Simon ,

Did you run HRALXSYNC  report or BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE TRANSACTION for the org unit and the user ..

Go to the Organisation in which you have the error  and go to address tab at the bottom you may find one email button. check what is the entry of email address

Incase missing you would have to add one ..

Also , Please check the delivery address of the org unit is there an entry maintained?

Check the entry is  in table BUT021_FS. -- delivery address ..

Also let me know ..

1.Is this for a specific Org unit or all?

2. Specific users or all are facing the issue ?

3.Also check the entry in ADRC

Hi Simon,

check the address data (phones, emails..) of business partner of the user (transaction BP).
