SRM PPOMA org unit Automation

Dear SAP experts,

We are in the process of implementing an automation for SRM org unit (PPOMA_BBP) for the client to ease the manual work and minimize the processing time. Below are the automatic attribute assignment parameters being considered:

1. Cross company assignment at user's position.
1.1: Addition of a company code (BUK)
1.2: Addition of System Alias (SYS)
1.3: Addition of locations in in the extended attributes (WRK)
1.4: Addition of product categories in the extended attributes (PRCAT)
1.5: Adding the user's position in the Purchasing group responsibility

We have finalized the approach of achieving this via native ABAP technology. (Using FM/report etc.). The idea here is that - the business admin will provide the above attributes in the form of an excel file and then system should process the cross-company assignment by calling the appropriate logic.

Could you please be so kind to provide your expertise here if it can be achieved using native ABAP? If not- please help us provide the required insights to achieve this. If you have any similar case implemented at other SAP customer system landscapes maybe using "BOT (RPA)" or "Automation anywhere" then kindly let us know.
