SRM:EBP_EXTREQ_FULFILL entry not proper

Hi,

When I run the SMQ1 transaction,I have this entry-146,740. - screenshot1

On further opening this it is displaying the following error status.Not sure what exactly it is

.Our system is working fine where PR details are updated from SRM system.But this queue with these entries are bit unusual.

Can you please tell me what that is and what needs to be done to resolve it.

Members raised an alert for this question due to an incorrect primary tag. At their request, I have changed from SRM UI to SRM External Requirements. If you believe that you had the proper tag originally, you can change back by selecting Actions, then Edit (although once someone answers your question, you'll lose the ability to edit the question -- in which case, you can request a tag change by leaving a comment for me).
