Dear Reader,

Greetings for the day,

I am pretty confused about the different links which are available on the internet to access Ariba functionalities

I can see that there is an Ariba network login (https://www.ariba.com/login) which has the Ariba Buyer and Supplier option I want to know what are the different functionalities of buyer and supplier

and my company also provided me this link (https://s1.au.cloud.ariba.com/Buyer/Main/ad/loginPage/SSOActions?) by which i can create sourcing project, templates, etc so what is the difference between this link and the link above

Thank You

Hello Vishal,

There are several products all under the SAP Ariba portfolio suite, so depending on which product your company has purchased and the use-case in which they are advising you to log in will determine the "front door" link you'll use.

In your case I believe you'll be using Procurement applications and since your organization provided you with a Single Sign On (SSO) link (https://s1.au.cloud.ariba.com/Buyer/Main/ad/loginPage/SSOActions?) you are likely already registered as an end user on this cloud site and should use this link.

The SAP Business Network is the world’s largest open trading community enabling collaboration between buyers and sellers. The SAP Ariba Buyers and SAP Ariba Suppliers sites are reached through this link: https://www/ariba.com. If you are not onboarding or enabling Suppliers or performing any Buyer administration as far as transacting, you won't be logging in here. Ask around your organization to see who your Designated Support Contact for SAP Ariba is, and they can advise you further.

Kindest Regards,

Melissa
