Process purchase requisitions centrally app : Error while creating PO from PR

Hello All,

Currently we are implementing SAP CPH and facing an issue while creating a Purchase Order from Imported PRs from connected system

Path we follow is :

Goto 'Process purchase requisitions centrally' -> Search for Imported PRs from Connected System-> Select PR (Approved/released PR) --> Create Document --> Select "Create Purchase Order" from the drop down menu > Error Message "Unable to import data, contact your system administrator" is displayed as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you please help let me know what exactly is missing here/any suggestion to fix this issue.

We have fixed the issue.

Root Cause : The UOM in the connected system was not in sync with the UOM in the HUB system. We created the missing UOM and the issue was resolved,

Dear Ajit,

there can be many root causes for this error.
The first thing I would check ist the gateway service MM_PUR_CREATE_PO_FROM_PR_SRV in the connected system with tcode /N/UI2/GW_MAINT_SRV.
I would also check if the end user has the role SAP_BR_CENTRAL_PURCHASER.

Thanks for the quick response.

1. I have checked and found Gateway service MM_PUR_CREATE_PO_FROM_PR_SRV is active in the connected system

2. I am trying to create the PO using my ID and have SAP_BR_CENTRAL_PURCHASER role assigned in the HUB system.

One more thing I would like to mention here is, the PRs we have imported from the connected system are imported by bypassing one enhancement in the Connected system and Creating Central Contract from the PR is working fine.
