PR getting created, but not getting displayed in SRM front end

Hi,

When the final approval is done for the shopping cart, then PR getting created in R/3 and updated in SRM also.

But in frontend we are not able to view the PR number.

Where to go and debug, its an standard Internet Service page.

Please respond as soon as possibe.

HI Rohit,

You havent mentioned the version of SRM you are using.

if you are on SRM7.0 with Ecc 6.0, you can view it in browser by doing the iview mapping in the portal.

Hi Rohit,

You can see the purchase request in ECC backend only. PR is backend business Object.take that PR number and go to corresponding ECC system and you can find via ME53N TCODE.

Ur right that we can find in ME23N, but I want it to be displayed in the Web screen of SRM.(where we create the Shopping Cart).

NO . YOU CAN NOT see from srm box since those data exists in ECC .
