Line item "Error in Process"

Dear Experts,

I was given a SRM-Customizing (ESS module) task for training purpose and the process works fine for Internal Goods and Services. The Approval-Workflow is triggered and the purchase requisition is transferred to the Backend but as I said only for Internal Goods and Services. When I try to order a line item I get the error message "Error in Process". The process also jumps to the Automatic Approval immediately instead of the Approval with completion. Can you help me in solving this issue? In addition, could you tell me which parts of the Customizing are essential for processing line items? I was following an overall cookbook for SRM Customizing and I'm not too familiar with the system as I'm only a trainee.

Dear Elias,

your question has 2 parts, one regards to the SRM workflow the other is to the shopping cart transfer.

Please check the given shopping cart in bbp_pd and the workflow of the document where you can find information why the given workflow ran.

The "Error in Process" is a transfer behavior of the shopping cart, and it can result from a lot of customizing or coding problems. Please check the following documentation to analyse your transfer: 2719614 - Transfer of the SRM Shopping Cart - Guided Answers

Dear Tamás,

thank you for your help, the error with the transfer behavior is fixed now.

Still, the "Approval with Completion" doesn't work. Could it be that the Evaluation-ID "9EV_SC_001" doesn't include line items? If so, do you know which Evaluation-ID could be fitting or how to edit it so it includes those items?
