Is there a way for Ariba to have a hard deadline for Q&A and not allow vendors to submit questions through the system after the Q&A deadline has passed?

Hi Nicole, are you referring to a Supplier Profile Questionnaire in Ariba Sourcing? An event? Or something else?

For event timing, monitor your event then click Actions > Extend Timing or Reduce Timing. You can set a fixed time duration. Note: your event needs to be in Preview status.
