Hi All,
I have two issues with Catalogue which was maintained externally by a seperate team.
1. One user was unable to get the items back to the shopping cart- evey time th eitems were selected and nothingis coming back to the shoping cart and intead it throws error as Unable to reach shopping cart: Unexpected error 500.
All other users were able to create shopping via Catalogue.
2. Items more than 30 are not cming to shopping cart from the catalogue.
Please give your Ideas to solve this issue.
As the catalogue team says that issue is with SRM only, from catalogue everything is fine and it is not single user specific - when asked to check the authorizations for a particular user - since the login details are maintianed in the standard call structure.
So please give your ideas solve this issue.
Thanks
Jagad

--Ask the user to login to other SRM users and ask him to create if it working then there is a problem in the computer check for the IE version.. --remove all the cookies and try.

Ans: There is a BADI -- BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER .. Put a break point in this BADI .
select the items from the catalog -more than 30 nos and click check out at that time this badi will be trigerred ,debug and see..

Hi
Thanks Gopi,
For the first issue, i have tried all the possibilities and she is not able to get the items from the catalogue even in her colleague system also.
This has to be fixed at the earliest, please tell if anyhting is missing for the user.
Second one will try to debug and see whether any check point is there or not.
Thank you so much.

Hi Jagad,
Can you confirm if the org structure attributes for accessing catalog (CATALOG ID) is maintained for this user at her/his position?

Nikhil
