DSN - Supplier Enable - "You can not login to view documents using a non Standalone test account.

Dear All,

Our client requested to complete the supplier onboarding by sending a new purchase order.

Once supplier will receive a new purchase order, supplier will use "Process Order" option and Sign up for new registration or log in with exiting ARIBA credentials.

We are testing this with our test ARIBA credentials but receiving a message while log in with existing supplier account "You can not login to view documents using a non Standalone test account. Please use an ARIBA network standalone test account".

Below steps we followed with test account.

1. Registered on Supplier network (supplier.ariba.com).

2. Purchase order sent to Supplier.

3. Supplier received new purchase order and trying to log in with credentials generated in step 1.

4. Receiving message ""You can not login to view documents using a non Standalone test account. Please use an ARIBA network standalone test account".

Could you please suggest here what is missing from supplier side and what will be the correct process here to log in with existing credentials.

The process will work without that error if you are trying to login with production credentials (in other words if you are trying to link prod supplier with prod buyer account)

If you are trying to link test account , just as message says you need to have an account that is created on the spot (while processing a PO), which means that step 1 is not really necessary.
