Contract Request document could not be sent to the external system.

Hi,

I am just sending Contract Request Document (CLID) from Ariba to S4Hana, I am getting an error as mentioned below

"Contract Request document could not be sent to the external system. Error Message: Status code: 400, status text: Bad Request, status message: Error:Invalid From Credential (unknown end point id null) "

CIG documentation suggests to do the following:

"AddOn Sync Information from AN sent the multi ERP flag as true but actually is false. Resend the sync info from AN account."

a. What does that mean to resend the sync info from AN account ?

Now I have enabled the parameter for multi ERP flag but still the issue is same.

Please note the endpoint which I have created in AN for Contract Request is same as for Quote Message which is working fine.
