Availability of Standard Reports in SRM

Upgrading to SRM 5.0; R/3 4.6C; CCM 2.0; classic scenario

Hi everyone,

I ran across these four reports in EBP 3.5 -

BBP_BW_SC1

BBP_BW_SC2

BBP_BW_SC3

BBP_BW_SC4

On help.sap.com, I only see the reports BBP_BW_SC2, -SC3, and -SC4. Is the report BBP_BW_SC1 still available in SRM 5.0? Also I believe that you can set the roles to let anyone with right role to access these reports (example even requisitioners). Is this true?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as always.

Hi Jay,

As far as i know, transaction BBP_BW_SC1 does not exist anymore.

Through role configuration (TA PFCG), you can play with user authorization.

Thank you for the reply. We are looking to see if there is any standard (or with modest fix) report that shows SHCs and related cost center information.

Are you aware of any?

BBP_BW_SC4 is the cost center report.

Has anyone ever gotten any of these reports (like BBP_BW_SC4) to work with the to excel function from Internet Explorer? For instance I have users who do not have gui access and would like to take these reports into excel.

Is BW mandatory for the SRM reports? Is there a list of standard SRM reports?
