Business Process Integration certificate

Hi,

I'm considering taking the SAP Certified Application Associate – Business Process Integration with SAP S/4HANA (TS410) certification, but I've noticed that there are two exams for this certification. So can you please tell me if there any differences between these exams, besides the cut score?

the exams are C_TS410_2020 and C_TS410_2022.

Also, about the validity period of the certificate. How long is the certification valid, and what happens to the certificate after the exam expires?
