IS Oil impact in Financial Accounting module

Hello,

Can you tell me which impact have IS Oil functionalities in Financial Accounting?

Some special configuration are made in FI when we use IS Oil industry solution?

Which business processes are affected by IS OIL (eg. purchase to pay, order to cash, inventory transfers)?

Hi Dianna,

Which functionality of IS-OIL you are referring, within IS-OIL there are multiple components

IS-OIL upstream component JVA, PSA, PRA has FI impact and this are closely linked with Financial accounting. this modules are generally handled by consultants with financial background.

IS-OIL downstream component such as HPM, silo management does not have much of the financial accounting interface, normal FI-MM and FI-SD interface will be able to meet most of the financial accounting requirement. if you happen to implement CO-PA, there will be possibility of including characteristics used by IS-OIL downstream module in COPA as characteristics.
