How to create a Sales BOM for DBM orders?

Dear All,

There is an accessory which we currently buy as 4 different items from our OEM. But when selling, we need to invoice it as one part with a common cost.

I know that a Sales BOM is ideal but can it be used for DBM orders as well? If yes, please let me know.

Im open to suggestions as well.

try using DBM packages (here you can have a price package). transaction /dbm/package

Thanks Robert. This is specifically for vehicle orders. While selling a vehicle, we are giving the accessories as well.

so from price point of view accessories in standard have a manual price which you can set for all 4 or only one item - which is then on the invoice.

More interesting is the inventory - do you need a reservation item for all 4 or only for one item?

HI,

You can create first value increase order for your vehicle with required parts with zero value and it will take care of your goods movement. (as mounted equipment  with vehicle)
