In the "Customer Relationship Management Q&A", there has been an increase in the amount of spam posts.

What's the proper procedure in flagging and reporting spam posts?

Click on the pull-down link, report inappropriate content.report.png

UPDATE: For more effective results, report the user not individual posts.

Hi, @adamreisberg:

If you're noticing an account that has spammed multiple times, it's best to report the user instead of the individual pieces of content. That approach allows us to process much more quickly, and will also lead to fewer emails from us as a result of DSA steps.

Please see this post: https://community.sap.com/t5/what-s-new/the-impact-of-the-digital-services-act-dsa-on-sap-community/.... I explain how to report a user near the end of that post -- and also explain the benefits of this approach.

Kind regards,

Thanks for the clarification @jerryjanda . I did not see that post earlier. If I encounter repeated spam posts in the future by the same person, I'll follow the advice in your previous post.

Hi @JimSpath

I went through this process to report the spam posts. Thanks for the guidance here!

Just report them by clicking "Report Inappropriate Content" on the post.
