I read this question and want to ask again - it is still not possible? I also tried to apply recommendations from this answer but parameter
BSM_TECH_IDS
seems to be not working, I can only filter by content type, not by tag.
Is there any solution?
It is still possible via the method described in the answer.
The parameter name is SM_TECH_IDS,. You add it to the existing search URL by adding a +. +SM_TECH_IDS becomes %2BSM_TECH_IDS in encoded form.
For searching as OR within multiple tags or content types use ~ between the tags or content types.
This searches for PSTYV within SD (Sales and Distribution) tag 203 results:

This searches again for PSTYV but adds SD Sales and SD Billing to SD (Sales and Distribution) 264 results:

The encoding is done automatically when you paste your URL and press Enter. From what I understand this is because the plus sign and the column character are reserved according to RFC3986 and you need to use Percent Encoding.

dezmond06 sorry, I cannot help you with this. At the time when SAP made the search API documentation freely available I think it was not possible to use AND for tags but this was a couple of years ago...
