SAP Community — Questions —no way to redo CTRL-Z?

This is meta (relates to SAP Community itself), namely creating Questions in particular.

Often when drafting a new Question in SAP Community, I want to undo some recently written lines or words or even just formatting by using CTRL-Z keyboard shortcut.

However, very often it will undo much more than the small portion of text or content I would have hoped to have seen deleted. I assume it sometimes deletes everything until the last time the Question was saved as a draft (over which there seems to be no manual control? i.e. to save a Draft).

Which would not be dramatic at first sight. However, there often is no fully functional redo option. You can test this by pressing CTRL-Z for example 5 times (I believe 5 times not too be too much to not be able to re-do). Quite often, this will delete huge portions of your text, with no way to completely redo this. Even via right-click > Redo. This seems to lead to permanent loss of previous writing.

Have you ever experienced this before? Do you have any workarounds?

I believe, once you refrain from editing for a while, SAP will introduce the following pop-up:

However, there seems to be only maximum 1 version of such a draft? And there is no way to preview the Draft. Once you click Load Draft, it also seems impossible to recover your working version (i.e. the content before you did 'Load Draft').

I have also posted an Improvement Request "Introduce 'Undo' & ''Redo' & 'Save as Draft' buttons" in the Customer Influence portal.

That is an excellent improvement proposal. I've already voted.
