SAP B1 Pick list Length,Width,Height null coming

When using pick list, there is no weight, length, width data in the row. Has anyone encountered this before?

Hi,

The values in the columns length, width and height are taken from the base document in the pick list and not from the Item Master Data. Even if the same are maintained in the Item Master Data.

Kindly check the document and see if the length, width and height are maintained in the document or not.
