How to link two P ID which itself a UID

Hi Export,

I am stuck while linking my two P IDs with Universal ID. Both of my P IDs are already separately registered as a Universal ID.

In details.

I have a personal email (P ID) which is registered as a Universal ID (UID). This already has a few valid certifications.

SAP Universal ID 

I have an office email ID (P ID) which is registered as a Universal ID (UID). I am planning to give certification from this ID.

Now when I am trying to link above one account with another account. It's showing an error that your ID is already mapped with another UID.

Please advise me on how to solve this issue.

Hi @arindamsur - please contact Universal ID support through our Customer Interaction Center: https://support.sap.com/en/contact-us.html?anchorId=section_42886245

You can request to unlink one of the P-user IDs and relink it to the Universal ID account you would like to use moving forward. That way you will have all your certifications connected to one Universal ID.
