How do I navigate or filter please to Q&A where I answer for certain tags like Sales, Billing

Hi @Lakshmipathi - I think I already answered your question here: https://groups.community.sap.com/t5/welcome-corner-blog-posts/welcome-all-sap-community-members-star... so if you follow certain tags, you can certainly filter for any unanswered questions by your chosen tags on the right-hand side.
I saw your video and as per that, navigated to Topics and in the search box, typed "SD Sales" but not able to find this Q&A
