No notifications in Activity Stream for replies in SAP Answers

Dear 1DX team

I posted the following question in SAP Answers.

Urgent help needed - SAP Answers

There were three replies to it, but none of it appeared in my Activity Stream. Refer screenshot below:-

The replies were about 22 hours ago

But my activity stream do not have any notifications during that time period. It has notifications from comments on a new blog post though.
