Unable to subscribe OPC server tags from SAP ODA system in transaction COOPC1

Dear All,

trying to read OPCserver data to SAP ODA system through PCo.

In transaction COOPC1, when we are trying to subscribe the tags from ERP system by register option, throwing error .

as "Error while accessing OPC server".

Also in PCo logs msg is as "RFC Server (ODA) application error: Uncaught exception SAP.Middleware.Connector.RfcAbapException thrown in SAP.Manufacturing.Connectivity.RfcServer.PCoRfcOdaServerFunctionHandler.ItemSubscrCreate when executing RFC server function COOPC_RFC_ITEM_SUBSCR_CREATE".

Can any one tell me the reason for this error and how to subscribe tags from ERP system.
