Does anyone know of an existing software, method, tool, or anything really, that would assist with managing order change requests? Our current approach is that an 860 EDI order change request file just converts to a flat text file, and it is up to users to make manual changes to the order in SAP. I know there is support for an ORDCHG, but the problem being that it's my understanding there is now review process. So, all requested changes are automatically accepted by SAP. What we'd like is a semi-manual, semi-automatic process where the user is presented with a list of requested PO changes that they could then approve or refuse. I'm wondering if there is anything existing out there that would help support that process, or if anyone has experience tackling this issue?
