Service Personallization Access Permission

Hi,

We are using MII 14.0 SP05. Sometime while login into MII application, some user getting a fatal error message as "You do not have permission to access service personalization. After refreshing, we are able to navigate into MII application.

I want to know whether any additional role need to assigned to user? We assigned role SAP_XMII_User to all the user.

We are getting this error in SP04 also.

Hi Alex,

The issue is not only for me, but for all the users in production environment. So it is not possible to assign these roles.
