Having assigned qualification and carried out resource search, I staff a Project Role in the Project Template with a resource.
Later, a number of projects are created based on this template and that role in each project is auto-staffed (based on the staffing for that role in the template).
Now, the resource staffed to this role has change in qualifications. He is now no longer suitable for the earlier role he was staffed to in the template.
Is there a way we can
- Notify the respective project managers in each project that the staffing will have to change
- Show a warning message on the projects that the role staffing has to change
- Automatically update all the staffings (in Template and the Projects).
