SAP DM - Dispatching and Monitoring - Production Orders not available in Operation Worklist

Hi everyone,

I got a problem with the display of production orders in REO (App "Dispatching an Monitoring"). The POs sometimes doesn't show up directly in the operation worklist. Mostly they show up after a couple of time, but I don't have any idea why. Can anybody tell me, if someone got the same problem?

Over and beyond it would be interesting, what prerequisites a production order must have to appear in the operation worklist. It's not completely understandable for me. Don't hesitate to ask me for further details.

Perhaps the orders are taking a while to sync/process from S/4 to DM? Have you checked Integration Message Dashboard?

Hello Manoel,

The orders were imported successfully in Integration Message Dashboard.

But the order was not available directly. I created this PO yesterday and checked immediately, if the order is available in Dispatching and Monitoring, but it wasn't. When I checked again today, the order was there:

I supposed to have this PO available directly and I'm not sure why it takes so long.

Orders should show up quickly. I suggest you raise a ticket for proper evaluation and support. Br, Manoel
