S/4HANA Maintenance Order custom field (created by "Custom Field" Fiori App doesn`t appear on IW31

We do need create a custom field at “Maintenance Order” header level

By using “Custom Fields” Fiori Apps we have created a Custom Field (the custom Fields is automatically created on table AFIH ) however such custom field does not appear on transaction codes IW31, IW32 and IW33 used actually by the end users to maintain Maintenance Orders

We are aware that we can create custom fields manually on table AUFK by using the Include CI_AUFK however, this mechanism is not aligned with the “S/4HANA in app extensibility” (by using Fiori apps like “Custom Fields” )

We know also about the enhancement IWO10018 ( Transaction Code SMOD) which we can use in order to enable on SAP Gui Dynpro belonging the transaction codes IW31, IW32 and IW33; the custom field created by using the mechanism described above ( the one included on table AUFK) . However, this is the "old" mechanism” existing into S/4HANA in order create and enable Custom Fields considering the extensibility options available on S/4HANA . On addition, this mechanism does not enable such custom field automatically at DDL (Core Data Services)

Let`s consider that , on the same Fiori App (Custom Fields) there exist others "business context" like for example create custom Fields for "Purchase Requisions" where the custom fields it automatically appear on transaction codes ME51N, ME52N, ME53N as well it can be enable (by using in UI extensibility) on the corresponding "Manage Purchase REquisition" Fiori App

What we expect as SAP customer is get a unified criteria from the Custom Fields Fiori Apps independenlty of the business object involved.

Does anyone have faced a similar situation ?
