Hello friends, I need some help.

In   SAP S/4HANA for product compliance   (On Prem, release 2023), both in Unpackaged Product - Basic Compliance Data and Manage Basic Compliance Data - Raw Materials app, I'm unable to delete a packaged product from the Compliance Views for Related Packaged Products tab.

1. I open (one of) the app and select the related packaged product to be deleted.

2. The waring message appears:

3. When I press the Delete button, the system returns the folowing message:

"Runtime Error: 'MESSAGE_TYPE_X'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated. If you use SAP S/4HANA Cloud, please create an incident. Otherwise, if "Runtime Error" is not initial, launch ADT feed "Runtime Errors" or transaction ST22 / SM21 (system log analysis) for details and analysis."

Thanks in advance!

Hello

I  can not judge based on the informations in your questions.

The new process (according to my experiments) is taking care a lot of data (and set up can be different per SAP system).

E.g. You have prepared CCI and linked material... now material might be still used in some logistic process.

PLease explan step by step (what set up are you using etc.).

E.g. The material in scope might have a set up so that a CCI is mandarory. So you should not be able to delete this (the link material/CCI) the material would be "not compliant" any more,

So we need more informations: what is your starting situation? What do you would like to get etc.

C.B.

Hello again Christoph.

I had a reply from Marko Lange at SAP, in another thread in a different group (chemicals). The problem seems to be something specific on the customer's system or the data. Eventually the customer will have to open a ticket.

Thanks for your concern
