Old Incident messages of solution manager 7.1

We want to see the old incident message of Solution Manager 7.1 . Previously we use t.code crm_dno_monitor, but now in solution Manager 7.2 we use SM_CRM

Kindly check below KBA which has information on how to check old incidents.

In Solution Manager 7.2: 

• Access the old transaction type (SLFN) via transaction CRMD_ORDER only.
• CRM_DNO_MONITOR doesn't work for new or old Service desk transaction types. 
• CRM WEB UI doesn't work for older transaction type (SLFN).
