Does anyone know if we can make any changes in the review date of the risk assessment?
Do we have any BAdI to make these dates more flexible?
I need a flexible reference for the validity of the risk

No, there is no way to influence the validity dates of a risk / risk assessment. The day you close the risk assessment, the contained risks become effective and get the current day as revision start date.
