My customer is complaining that their operators are accidently hitting the backspace button while on the page, but not in a form element. This of course causes the browser to "go back" in history.
Is there a way to disable the backspace key for the <body> but not for elements? I've done some research and test but no success yet. If somebody has already done this it would be a great time saver
Thanks.
Well i found an answer that works pretty well. Unfortuantly this forum won't let me post the code (my browser errors even when I use the code tags) If someone has a suggestion to workaround that so I can show everyone what I used.
NOTE that this solution still allows for alt-left arrow to go back, and keeps the back button in the browser working.
