Custom POD Plugin creation error. Plugin not visible on POD pugins list.

Hi everyone, 

I have gone through multiple blogs related to Custom POD Plugin. I even created a Plugin and deployed it on BTP and registered in service registry. (Yo generator example)

Recently I was trying generate a vie Pod plugin. https://help.sap.com/doc/c0c2c516c4c14ea190e0189c5e76aa13/latest/en-US/dd61157ef5704971baa77cf2b2d6a... As discussed in Chapter 5 I followed all the steps and deployed it in application space, where it is running without any error. 

Then I created a Mange registry service in DM. 

But still I couldnt find the plugin in my list. Could you please let me know what is the reason for that. 
There is no error messages found during the process.
