cProjects import MS Project error - F404064

Greetings gentlemen Experts

We are trying to import a Project MS-Project and the system presents the following error that prevents the completion of importation;

Subject: Error When importing a schedule with the MS Project import feature of cProject.

Error message; Error during access to the ref node 'F404064'. The ref node is not defined or does not have the type Necessary

Has anyone gone through this problem?
