Connection issue between SAP MII and SAP ECC

Calling FM through SAP MII BLS transaction and getting desired output when executed BLS transaction in MII workbench.

If i called BLS transaction through URL getting "Name or Password incorrect" error.

Checked credentials and connections setting looks good which is used in SAP JCO call.

Your MII and ECC is in same network? how are you passing credentials to run Transaction URL?

maybe you changed the input on ECC side, and don´t reset the JcoProxy on MII side 

try: 

http://server:port/XMII/JCOProxy?mode=reset&target=IDocRepository
