Hello everyone,
I try to configure a performance template with an iterative "Manager Assessment" step between manager and matrix manager.
In the first step the employee does a self assessment. The results of this assessment (unofficial user rating) is visibile for the manager in the "Manager Assessment" step - but nor for the matrix manager.
Is ist possible to make the unofficial user rating from the employee self assessment also visible for the matrix manager in the manager assessment (and later the 1:1-Meeting) step?
